Instructions

Step 1
All this can be done in 1 glass baking dish, I'm talking the prepping, and the baking, so grab it.
Step 2
Mash a ripe banana using a potato masher or a fork (or your fist, whatever)
Step 3
Add one egg, the peanut butter, the honey, and the milk. Get everything well incorporated.
Step 4
Now add the dry ingredients: the oats, the baking powder, the cinnamon, and the salt. Mix everything until well incorporated.
Step 5
Add the mix-ins: walnuts and cranberries to taste.
Step 6
Top everything with sliced bananas.
Step 7
Bake for 40 minutes at 180C. Let cool for 5 minutes.
Step 8
Eat it right away or refrigerate it for the next morning. You can serve it with greek yogurt.
