Instructions

Step 1
Brown beef in large pot
Step 2
Chop onions, sautee with beef
Step 3
Add chopped garlic and jalepeno right before the beef is done
Step 4
Drain beef juice, remove from heat and add spices
Step 5
Add spices and stir
Step 6
Add the rest of your ingredients. Top up with stock if it looks like it needs more liquid.
Step 7
Simmer on medium to medium-low. Do a taste test about 15 minutes in once everything has warmed up. Liberally add more of whatever spice you need.
Step 8
Simmer for at least another 15 minutes.
Step 9
Serve with cheese and sour cream.
