Instructions
Step 1
In a large skillet brown the ground beef, crumbling as it cooks. Once the beef is cooked set the beef aside in a clean bowl.
Step 2
In the same skillet heat oil. Add the mushrooms and onion; sauté for 2-3 mins. Pour over the beef that’s set aside.
Step 3
In the same skillet melt the butter over medium heat. Then pour in heavy cream, sour cream, and broth. Whisk and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Add in the remaining ingredients EXCEPT for the cauliflower and beef mix. Reduce to a simmer for 5 mins.
Step 5
Mix in the cauliflower and beef and stir well. Simmer for 2 mins.
