Prepeare the basmati rice and cook it jn salty water as long as indicate on its box. It should take around 15 minutes. Once is ready strain it and wash it with cold running water.

Put a wok on your stove and poor a tablespoon full of oil in it. Warm up the oil at medium-high temperature. Ease down the ham and cook it for 5 minutes, stir frequently. Take out the ham from the

Do the same thing with peas and then keep aside.

Scumble the eggs in the wok for five minutes too, then remove and keep aside.

As last step, ease down the rice in the wook, stir frequently and after five minutes add the soy sauce and ginger powder. Stir again, add peas, ham and eggs, mix them well all together and serve.
