Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° or smoker
Step 2
Add oil to chicken top and bottom,then add chicken to a cast iron skillet
Step 3
Add one packet of Seasoning to the top on all 5 thighs and 1 pack to the bottom of all 5 thighs.
Step 4
Cook at 350 skin side up for 1.5 hours.
Step 5
Let rest for 10 minutes and enjoy.
