Instructions

Step 1
For fresh green beans, place the green beans in a large stock pot and cover with 2 inches of water and bring to a boil. Once at a boil lower the heat to medium and simmer for 5 minutes. Strain and transfer to a boil.
Step 2
For frozen green bean, add water to a large stock pot and bring to a boil. Once at a boil, add green beans and cook for 2-3 min. Strain and transfer to a bowl.
Step 3
While green beans are still warm, add garlic, onion, salt, pepper and Skinny Girl Honey Dijon salad dressing and mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Add lid to bowl or cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to chill for 4 hours or more.
Step 5
Before serving, add the tomatoes and cheese and toss to combine.
