To Marinate
300gpork tenderloin
½ Tbsplight soy sauce
½ tspsalt
1 Tbspcooking wine
½ tspblack pepper
1 Tbspoyster sauce
1 tspdark soy sauce
1egg white
1 Tbspsweet potato starch
1 tbspsOlive Oil
To Stir Fry
Instructions
Step 1
Slice pork tenderloin and shred them into thin strips. Clean pork with water before transfer to a bowl. Marinate with light soy sauce, salt, cooking wine, black pepper, oyster sauce and dark soy sauce, crack an egg and add in only egg white and sweet potato starch in the pork to mix, coat it with a layer (1tbs) of cooking oil, let it sit for a few minutes.
Step 2
Clean and slice green pepper into small and long slices. Slice some garlic and dice ginger.
Step 3
Add cooking oil (6-7tbs) in a heated skillet, put sliced pork tenderloin in the skillet on medium high, remove pork from the heat once pork color starts to change(do not overcook pork ).
Step 4
Add in diced ginger and garlic in remaining oil in the skillet; simply mix it well to bring out the aroma. Add sliced green pepper to stir fry for a minute. Finally, we put pre cooked pork tenderloin in the green pepper to mix together. Season it with a small amount of salt, light soy sauce and chicken powder, it’s ready for plating.
