Waffle Maker Goats Cheese Pie

This takes under 10 minutes to make and tastes cheesy and crunchy . The lingonberry jam compliments the cheese so well but you could also use fig or cranberry jam

Instructions
Step 1
Spray the waffle maker with oil making sure the plates are coated then Roll out puff pastry and use a bowl to cut out two circles around the same size as the waffle plates

Step 2
Place one circle of pastry on the bottom of the waffle maker then spread the lingonberry jam ( use cranberry or fig if you prefer) slice the goats cheese and arrange over the jam then sprinkle the thyme and put the other pastry circle on top pinching the dough together at the seams

Step 3
Turn the waffle maker in to medium low heat then cook until golden and crispy about 8 minutes
