Instructions
Chicken Marination
Step 1
Wash the chicken and cut them into cube sized pieces

Add the yogurt and seasonings (to taste) , mix well and set it aside

Step 3
In a hot pan add some water (enough so the onions dont burn)

Add in the onions and cook until they soften slightly

Add the seasonings (to taste) and cook them off for about 2-3 mins (add more water if you need to)

Pour in the crushed tinned tomato and cream cheese or yogurt may need to add more depending on how creamy you want it to be (and optional cashew nuts)

Let the sauce simmer for 3-5mins

Transfer the sauce to a blender and purée the mixture until its smooth

Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook until it is almost done

Pour in the puréed sauce and let it simmer until the chicken is done (chop some coriander finely and add that in aswel)

In a bowl combine the flour and yogurt (add a splash of milk if the dough is too dry)

Roll out each naan thin

Cook on a flat pan until you see tiny bubbles form, flip and cook until it is done (another minute or so)
Plating

Drizzle on some thinned out fat free yogurt and some chopped coriander over the butter chicken

Serve with the naan
