rinsed and drained

diced
½ cupgreen onions
chopped
1 tablespoondried parsley
1 tablespooncilantro
chopped
2 tablespoonslemon juice
1 tablespoonlime juice
¼ cupBisquick
½ teaspoonground cumin
1 ½ tablespoonsextra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoonapple cider vinegar
ground black pepper

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°. In food processor, combine all ingredients, and blend well. Coat loaf pan with cooking spray or oil. Add mixture. Bake 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
