Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Cut tomatoes in half and cut the top off of the garlic. Put on a baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil, salt, and pepper and bake for about 40 minutes.

Put onions in pan with butter and caramelize them.

Remove tomatoes and garlic from oven. Put in blender with onions and basil. Blend until almost smooth.

Put blend into pan with oregano. Add salt and pepper and a cup of water. Add the bouillon. Stir and simmer on low for about 10 minutes.

Cook bacon in a separate pan until crispy. Leave some back grease in pan.

Add sourdough to the pan, put cheese on bread, then bacon, and then more cheese, and top slice of bread. Cook until crispy on both sides.

Once done, pour into bowl, and cut sandwich in half.
