Instructions
Step 1
Mix olive oil, ketchup, mustard and yogurt in a bowl and add the spices.
Step 2
Place the ribs in a trey and cover both sides with the marinade mix leaving about two table spoons to use later.
Step 3
wash about 7-8 baby potatos and cover in ½ table spoon of the lamb marinade then sprinkle some Morrisons' roast potato seasoning and mix well.
Step 4
wrap the ribs and potatos using parchment paper and cover them in 2 layeres of foil.
Step 5
Place the lamb in a foil covered trey and roast in a hot oven (about 200°-210°C Fan) for about 2½-3 hours till it's falling off the bone good.
Step 6
Finally, remove the foil piece from the top and grill until lamb is crispy and potatos are nice and golden. Cover with foil again and serve after 10 minutes.
