Instructions
Step 1
Cut up whole chicken. Remove skin from the pieces you cut.
Step 2
Put 1 CUP of rice in your baking pan.
Step 3
Melt butter
Step 4
Roll your chicken parts in the butter.
Step 5
Place buttered chicken on top of rice.
Step 6
Take one bag of onion soup mix and sprinkle it over the chicken and rice.
Step 7
Pour 2 CUPS of chicken broth over the chicken and rice.
Step 8
Cover and cook at 350° for 30 min to an hour.
