Mustard-fried Bacon Burger

Instructions

Step 1
Heat grill to medium/high heat.
Step 2
Add ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, dried minced onion, garlic powder, sea salt and pepper to a bowl. Mix with hands until well combined. Weigh the mixture and divide by four. Form four equal sized burger patties.
Step 3
Place the burgers and bacon slices on the grill. Cook the burgers for 5-8 minutes per side and cook the bacon until crispy.
Step 4
Heat a frying pan to med/high heat. Grease and add onion rings to the pan. Stir and flip until soft and golden on all sides.
Step 5
Assemble burger by layering the bottom bun, lettuce, burger patty, tomatoes, pickles and onions. Spread mayo and ketchup on the top bun and place on your burger.
