Step 1
In a blender, mix cherry tomatoes with fresh basil, almonds, garlic, grated Parmigiano, fresh ricotta, extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt.
Step 2
Boil your pasta until al dente and mix it with your Sicilian pesto, adding some pasta water to make it sexy!
Step 3
Serve with some extra grated Parmigiano cheese and fresh basil leaves. Buon Appetito!
