This is a great make ahead breakfast for holidays, weekends or busy mornings because the longer you let it sit the better it is! You can use any type of bread too.

Instructions

Step 1
Lightly grease an 11x17 baking dish

Add in the brioche cubes
Step 3
In a mixing bowl, whisk together with an electric mixer the milk, eggs, brown sugar, vanilla, salt and cinnamon. Whisk in the chocolate chips. Pour over the bread and make sure all the bread chunks are saturated by the egg mixture.
Step 4
Cover with foil and refrigerate at least 30 minutes, up to 24 hours.
Step 5
When ready to bake preheat the oven to 350°F.
Step 6
Bake, covered, for 45 minutes.
Step 7
Serve with syrup, whipped cream, or berries
