Instructions
Step 1
Chop the onion and pepper finely. Add them to a pan with the olive oil on medium heat. Cook for 5 minutes
Step 2
Cut the tomatoes into small bits and add them to the pan as well. Follow that with the spices and let the tomatoes cook down for another 5 minutes.
Step 3
Crack the eggs in and scramble for a couple of minutes, making sure not to let them set too hard and enjoy!
