200mlbutter milk
2 Tbsphot sauce
50gflour
½ tspsalt
600mlsunflower oil

Instructions
Chicken
Step 1
Season the chicken thighs with salt.
Step 2
To a large bowl add the flour and salt. Mix until well combined.
Step 3
To another large bowl add the egg, butter milk and hot sauce. Whisk until well combined.
Step 4
Dip the chicken first in the flour and then in the egg mixture. Repeat one more time.
Step 5
Heat the oil in the pot. Leave the heat on high. Add the chicken. Fry for about 3minutes until the chicken is golden brown.
Hot sauce
Step 6
To a bowl add the spices and the sunflower oil in which the chicken was deep fried. Make sure it's still hot. Stir until well combined.
Step 7
Coat the hot chicken thighs with the hot sauce.
Burger
Step 8
Cut the burger bun in half. Spread both sides with butter. Toast until golden brown.
Step 9
Slice the pickle.
Step 10
Spread the bottom half of the burger bun with the mayonnaise. Place the pickles on top. Then place the nashville hot chicken on the bread.
Step 11
Stack the other half of the bread on top and enjoy!
