Instructions

Sauce

Step 1
Add tomatoes, olive oil, feta, garlic and seasoning to an oven safe container
Step 2
Put in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 200 celsius
Step 3
Mash roasted tomatoes and feta together until a sauce consistency is reached

Pasta

Step 4
Boil pasta in water with a little salt

Side salad

Step 5
Add mixed greens, diced red onions and balsamic vinegar to a bowl
Step 6
Add in other vegetables like fennel or bell pepper if wanted. Another option is prosciutto.

Bringing it all together

Step 7
Toss boiled pasta in sauce, serve in a bowl with the salad on top or on the side
