Instructions

Preheat oven to 450 F

In a medium bowl, add flour, baking powder, sugar and salt

Pour in buttermilk. Stir until just combined. Don't over mix.

Pour melted butter into a cast iron skillet or an 8x8 pan.

Pour dough on top of butter, spread evenly into the pan.

Bake for 20-25 minutes (I do 22 minutes) or until the tops are golden and biscuits are baked through.
