Step 1
Preheat oven to 180ºC. Mix together and press into a pie dish, refrigerate while making filling.
Filling

Mix together and stand for 1 hour. Place into pie dish on top of base.
Topping
Step 3
Beat egg whites, add sugar, beat to dissolve. Continue beating until soft peaks for. Spread mixture on top of pie and use a knife to form lots of peaks in the meringue.
Step 4
Bake in oven at 180ºC for 7 minutes.
