Chinese Pork Noodles

Minced pork is a good low-fat and low-cost option, and is perfect in a stir-fry. This is a delicious and speedy midweek meal that the whole family will enjoy.

Instructions

Step 1
Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan over a high heat. Add the pork mince and fry until browned.
Step 2
Reduce the heat then add the Chinese 5 spice, garlic, mushrooms and spring onions and fry for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Stir in the soy sauce, honey, sugar snap peas and a splash of water and cook for a further 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sugar snap peas are cooked.
Step 4
Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to the packet instructions. Drain well and set aside.
Step 5
Finally, mix the noodles into the pork and veg mixture, stir in the lime juice, season with black pepper and serve.
