Step 1
1. Add some oil to a frying pan, add the mushrooms, onions and garlic until cooked.

2. While the mushrooms are cooking begin to make the sauce. In a saucepan turn to a low heat and melt the butter, once fully melted add the flour until it has absorbed all of the butter. Once mixed add the cream increase the heat slightly and stir well until you get a smooth creamy sauce. If the sauce is too thick add some milk in very small amounts and stir until you get the desired consistency. Gradually add the stilton while stirring, add the white wine, mushrooms and onion, and let the sauce simmer for about 10 - 15 minutes.

3. While the sauce is simmering, cook the chicken in the same frying pan that you cooked the mushrooms in along with the garlic granules, salt and pepper, once cooked add to the sauce, mix well , garnish with the parsley and enjoy!.
