Another version of our banana bread. This time with walnuts to add healthy fats and fiber. Natural and simple, the banana is enough to sweeten the bread and enrich the flavor. This bread is a breakfast winner at home, perfect for kids, vegan-friendly, and egg-free. Let’s bake!

Step 1
Preheat the oven, to 350 F or 180 C.

Grease your baking dish or if you prefer line it up with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the oat flour, almond flour, baking powder salt, and walnuts (save some for the top).

In another bowl or a soup plate, smash your ripped bananas with a fork until smooth. Combine them with the milk, the vanilla extract, and the Apple cider vinegar. Stir well.

Step 5
Add the banana mixture to the large bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir with the whisk or spatula carefully until combined.

After, add the chocolate and stir a little more.
Step 7
Place the batter in the baking dish. Decorate your bread with more walnuts on top. Press them well into the mixture so they don't fall out when you cut the bread (It happened to me!).

Bake for 40 min until a toothpick comes out clean. Before cutting the bread let it cool for 30 min.
