Whisk your eggs in a small bowl until bubbles begin to form.

Add in the milk to your egg mixture and stir until combined.

In a pan, melt your margarine to prevent you eggs from sticking.

Before burning, add your spinach to the buttered pan and let it cook until spinach starts to get smaller and a darker green. Now would be the time to add bacon bits.

Pour in your whisked eggs and cook as though you are making scrambled eggs. When eggs start to turn brown, they are ready to serve. Sprinkle salt and pepper for tast if desired.
