Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

This smoothie is yummy, creamy, healthy and easy to whip up. Quick or rolled oats are suggested but you could use ground quinoa or something similar. Use either plant or dairy milk. Maple syrup or monkfruit are the sweeteners I use but agave, honey, etc will work. Adding 1/2 tsp of vanilla can be nice.

Step 2
Add everything else ending with the chopped frozen banana.
Step 3
Blend until smooth
