Cook the rice

Chop garlic and the sling onion into little pieces and set them separately aside.

Dab the salmon with paper towel. Pour a little bit olive oil over your fingers and dab the salmon with it. Drizzle spices of your choice over the salmon and massage them slightly into the salmon. I personally love using “fish spices” and “meat spices” from Gefro, they are Allrounders in my kitchen 💕 Turn the salmon and do the same thing on the other side. After that put the salmon on a piece of backing sheet.

Grab your salmon, put it in the air fryer and drizzle the finely chopped garlic over the salmon
Step 5
Grab your rice, put it in a bowl and place the salmon on top. Drizzle some spring onions over it and if you like some sesame seeds and sriracha mayo sauce. Enjoy 💕
