Instructions
Step 1
Process 2 cups walnuts, cacao powder, salt and vanilla extract in the food processor into powder form.
Step 2
Add dates while processing until evenly combined.
Step 3
Add 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, cacao nibs and chopped raisins to process until just enough incorporated.
Step 4
Press into the lightly greased container.
Step 5
Place in the fridge for a few hours or to set.
Step 6
Cut into desirable size.
