Step 1
1. In a small saucepan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.

2. Add the onion and garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.

3. Add the red chilli pepper and sauté for another minute.

4. Add the diced mango, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, salt, and black pepper to the saucepan.

5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes until the mango is soft and the sauce has thickened.

6. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the sauce cool.

7. Once the sauce has cooled, transfer it to a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
Step 8
8. Pour the sauce into a bowl and serve with Jumbo Shrimp Tempura or any other dish of your choice.

Note: Adjust the amount of chilli pepper to your desired level of heat. You can also add other seasonings or ingredients, such as ginger, lime juice, or cilantro, to customize the sauce to your liking.
