When you are on a Low Sodium diet, your limited in what sauces, broths, condiments and other prepackaged items difficult. So I have started making my own. Salsa Verde is one of my latest creations, and it is great for tacos, chili, and enchiladas.

Instructions

Step 1
Layout tomatillos, peppers, onion and garlic on a sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil, Roast at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, flip and roast for another 10 minutes or until slightly charred.

Step 2
Once done, peel onion and garlic, and remove stem and seeds from peppers. Put everything together in a food processor and blend.
