Sprinkle in one cup of shredded parmesan cheese

Add a block of cream cheese

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours

Once done cooking, shred your chicken and mix everything until it’s well combined

Cook your pasta according to the package. Drain and add it to the crockpot. Mix until well combined
