Step 1
Soak the cashews for at least 20 minutes in hot water. After soaking, place all ingredients in a high speed blender like a Vitamix or Blentex. Blend until very smooth and creamy. You will need to scrape down the sides of the container. If it is too thick to blend, add tiny amounts of any plant based milk until it will process.
