Step 1
Thinly slice cabbage, 1/2 red onion and about 10 radishes and place in a large bowl. Zest and juice one lime, add 1/4 cup white wine vinegar and add to bowl, mix.
Salt generously, more salt than you think you will need.
Slice one jalapeño, removing the seeds and ribs if desired mix into bowl. Add 2 teaspoons citrusy garlic seasoning. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Refrigerate at least 1 hr before eating. Great as leftovers.
