Step 1
Grease a mini cupcake baking pan. Place one sugar cookie dough square in each cup. Bake 350° for 13 mins. While cookies are baking slice each truffle in half and set aside. Remove cookies from oven when they are done and, with a shot glass or back of spoon, gently make a small well in each cookie. While still warm place a half truffle, cut side down, into each cookie well. It will melt. After chocolate has melted top with mini marshmallows. These are super mini marshmallows, like what you get in lucky charms cereal. They are not regular mini marshmallows. You can find these in the ice cream aisle or Amazon. Or you can top with whipped cream before serving.
