Step 1
1) Start by slicing the cucumber. Transfer the cucumber slices to a bowl and add 1/2 tbsp of coarse salt. Mix well and let it sit for 10 minutes.

2) Cut scallion, onion, and perilla leaves into slices/thin strips.

3) Remove excess water from the cucumber slices. Add gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, and sesame seeds. Mix well.
Step 4
4) Add the sliced scallion, onion, and perilla leaves. Mix again. Serve with rice and enjoy 🥰
