Instructions

Step 1
Sift together dry ingredients. Add oil and mix lightly with fork until crumbs are formed. Remove 2 cups of crumbs and put aside.
Step 2
Add eggs, milk, and vanilla to remaining crumbs. Mix well and pour into greased and floured 13 1/2" x 8 3/4" x 1 3/4" glass pan.
Step 3
To remaining crumbs that were set aside, add brown sugar and cinnamon. Mix lightly so crumbs don't break (I use a slotted spoon) then put crumbs on top of batter.
Step 4
Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes, then check middle with toothpick.
