Instructions
Step 1
Follow the instructions on the pasta package, cook pasta, and save the cooking water.
Step 2
Combine egg yolks, water, and cheese; mix well, and set aside.
Step 3
Meanwhile, add bacon in a low skillet heat, cook slowly, frequently stirring, until golden.
Step 4
Add pasta cooking water, and mix well.
Step 5
Add cooked pasta pepper. Taste and add salt if you desire.
Step 6
Remove from the heat, add egg yolk/cheese mixture.
