150gground beef
0.5onion
2clove garlic
½ tspsalt
½ tsppepper
½ tsppaprika powder
½ tspdried oregano
2 Tbspfresh cilantro
Tortilla chips
Instructions
Guacamole
Step 1
Cut the avocado in half and place one half in a plate and mash with a fork.
Step 2
Cut the tomato into small pieces. Mix everything with the avocado.
Step 3
Add the other ingredients and mix until well combined.
Beef
Step 4
Dice the onion and mince the garlic and parsley.
Step 5
Heat the oil in the pan. Reduce the heat to medium. Add the onions and fry for about 2min until translucent.
Step 6
Add the garlic and fry for another minute.
Step 7
Now add the ground beef, spices and parsley. Mix everything well and mince the meat with the cooking spoon. Fry for about 3-4min.
Tortilla chips
Step 8
Cut the tortilla in half. Place both halves on top of each other and cut them in half again. place the halves on top of each other again and cut them into thirds.
Step 9
Heat the oil in a small pot. Leave the heat on medium high and add the tortilla pieces. Fry for about 1-1,5min until crispy and golden brown. Stir them occasionally so that they do not stick together.
Step 10
Put the tortilla chips in a deep dish. Sprinkle with salt and mix well.
Step 11
Place the tortilla chips on a plate. Sprinkle the cheese on top and melt it with a blow torch. Alternatively, you can put the tortilla chips in the oven for 1-2 minutes at 200 degrees.

Now pour the guacamole and meat over the tortilla chips and enjoy!
