12 ozwhite chocolate morsels

0.5pound cake
oblong
3 pkgscream cheese
1 csugar
2 ½ tspvanilla
1 TCham liquor
2 csour cream
Raspberry Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Crumble pound cake on bottom of 9” spring form pan and push down lightly.
Step 2
In large bowl, cream cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and Chambord for 5 minutes or until smooth.
Step 3
Add melted chocolate and blend for another 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add sour cream and stir with wooden spoon.
Step 5
Pour into pan and cook for 30 minutes at 350.
Step 6
Place in Fridge to cool.
Raspberry Sauce
Step 7
Blend all of the above ingredients in blender. We typically use frozen raspberries (they have more juice) and Grand Marnier.
