Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

2. Shape pie crust into a ball, divide into 8 equal portions. Roll each portion into a four inch circle on a lightly floured surface. Covered dough circles with a damp towel to prevent drying

3. String together Peaches, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon and a medium bowl
Step 4
4. Spoon about one tablespoon Peach mixture onto each dough circle, leaving a 1/4 inch border
Step 5
5. Moisten dough edges with water, fold circles in half to form half-moons
Step 6
6. Crimp edges with a fork to seal, cut slits in the top of the pies and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet
Step 7
7. Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown, 14 minutes
Step 8
8. Remove and cool 10 minutes before serving
