Instructions
Step 1
* Pre heat Pit Boss griddle to medium.
Step 2
* Season steak cubes with Pit Boss smoked salt and pepper rub.
Step 3
* Heat oil and once it’s sizzling, place the steak cubes on the griddle in a single layer.
Step 4
* Cook about 3-4 minutes per side for medium rare making sure a nice brown crust forms.
Step 5
* Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, add butter, garlic, and parmesan cheese. Place on the griddle and cook until the butter and cheese has melted.
Step 6
* Place steak bites in a bowl and pour the garlic butter sauce. Toss to combine.
Step 7
* Plate and garnish with parsley. Use leftover garlic butter for dipping.
