Instructions
Step 1
1. Add a bit of oil or butter to a pan on medium heat and toast your bread lightly until golden.
Step 2
2. Remove bread and, keeping the heat on, add honey, sriracha, and garlic and mix until fragrant and the sauce has a bit of body, about 5 minutes.
Step 3
3. Add bread to baking tray lined with foil, then add your brie on top.
Step 4
4. Broil for about 1 minute.
Step 5
5. Drizzle toast with honey sriracha sauce and enjoy.
