Step 1
Slice the tomatoes and arrange in a heart formation on a large board or platter. Salt and pepper to taste
Step 2
With a heart shaped cookie cutter cut the mozzarella cheese into hearts. Arrange on top of the cheese. Add basil leaves and drizzle with balsamic vinegar glaze.
Step 3
Serve with sliced baguette
