——CHICKEN MARINADE——
-chicken tenders (3 pounds)
-1 quart of buttermilk
-1 tablespoon onion powder
-1 tablespoon paprika
-1 tablespoon garlic powder
-1 teaspoon Cayenne powder
-1 tablespoon Creole seasoning
-1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
———Mix and marinade for a couple of hours or overnight

——FLOUR MIXTURE——
-2 cups of flour
-1 cup corn starch
-1 teaspoon salt
-1 tablespoon garlic powder
-1 tablespoon onion powder
-1 tablespoon paprika
-1 tablespoon Creole seasoning
-1 teaspoon Cayenne powder
-1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
———Fry the tenders on medium to high heat until golden and cooked through

——RED RICE——
-3 cups of jasmine rice (wash and soak in warm water for about 20 minutes)
-3 tablespoons olive oil
-1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
-1 teaspoon salt
-1 8oz can tomato sauce
-3 cups of hot water

——CUCUMBER YOGURT SALAD——
-1 English cucumber (peel and chop)
-1 cup plain yogurt
-1/4 cup sour cream
-the juice of half a lemon
-1 clove of garlic
-1 teaspoon dried mint or fresh
-1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
