Step 1
Grate one carrot, then pour 2-3 TBL olive oil over it, then sprinkle the salt and spices. Stir, then grate the next carrot, stir, and so on. Then add the drained chickpeas and juice of one lemon. Let sit for 15-20 min at room temperature or for a few hours in the fridge.
