Instructions

Step 1
Sprinkle seasoning and salt/pepper onto both sides of the pork. Let rest for 15 minutes before cooking.
Step 2
In a small saucepan bring all glaze ingredients to a boil. Stirring occasionally, boil until the sauce has reduce by at least half. Set aside when done.
Step 3
Heat oil over medium heat and cook the pork until 145 degrees.
Step 4
Plate on a couple spoonfuls of apple butter. Drizzle glaze over the whole dish for service.
