Instructions

Step 1
Smash and roll out biscoff cookies until it turns into fine crumbs. Leave a spoonful to sprinkle later on.

Add room temperature cream cheese and 1 Tbsp of biscoff spread and mix together with the biscoff crumbs until it turns into a paste-y consistency.

Once fully mixed, take a spoonful, roll into a ball and place on a tray (makes about 5-6).
Step 4
Leave in the fridge to chill for 15 mins.

Melt white chocolate chips (double boil or microwave for 30-45 seconds in intervals.)

Dip your truffle balls into the white choco dip.
Step 7
Decorate with leftover biscoff crumbs. Then, melt 1 Tbsp of biscoff spread and sprinkle on top of the truffles.
