Instructions

Step 1
Add flour to beef, season well and mix.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a large pan, add beef and cook on high, brown on all sides and add to the slow cooker.
Step 3
Add all of the stew ingredients except for the spinach and cook for 4 hours high or 6-8 hours low.
Step 4
Add in spinach for the last 20 mins.
Step 5
Serve with mashed potato & flat leaf parsley.
