Step 1
Dice the onion and fry in the butter with the spices until it’s soft/golden and your kitchen smells like heaven. Add the lentils and stir until things get acquainted.
Step 2
While that’s cooking defrost your spinach in the microwave and boil some water. Then add the spinach, let things mingle again, add more seasoning if needed, and then just let things sorta vibe on medium heat gradually adding ~300ml of your hot water. Eventually you’ll hit a point where it’s not watery and a nice homogenous stew (took me about 20 min) and then you want to turn the heat down low and add your yogurt (don’t get the yogurt too hot or it’ll split).

Et voilá, massive pan of warm comfort for under 550 calories. Also freezes pretty well so good for batch! Mine came out to 89 cal/100g
