Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F
Brown the sausage in a skillet.
Transfer to a greased 9 x 13 pan
Cook the veggitables in the same skillet.
Add tbsp basil, oregano, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper.
Cook until just before golden. Transfer to a greased 9×13 glass baking pan.
In the mean time, boil the noodles until al dente; tranfer to pan when done.
Mix the ingredients in the pan together with remaining basil, and pasta sauce. Cover with a layer of mozzarella, and sprinkle with parm and parsley. Bake in the oven until the pasta sause starts to bubble (about 15 minutes).
Then turn on the broiler to crisp the cheese. (usually 5-7 minutes).
Be careful not to forget to check frequently while broiling because it burns quickly!
Serve with bread!
